About

For over 30 years, my husband Bob and I have been designing and building luxury custom homes. Our son Connor joined the family business as a project and site manager in 2011. We have completed projects in New York, Vermont, Colorado, Park City, Utah, and Sun Valley ranging in size from 3,000 to 12,000 square feet.  We are now working exclusively on projects in the Upper Wood River Valley.   We reside in the Valley Club home on 15 Lone Pine Road  that we designed and built in 2014. 

All of our projects are handled start to finish by Bob, Connor, and I with the goal of creating unique and beautiful spaces tailor-made for our clients. Initial client design meetings, plans and 3D computer modeling, design review board presentations, building permits, complete construction and landscaping are personally overseen to ensure the highest quality results.

A core team of highly trained and skilled employees is on site daily, along with a select group of specialty subcontractors. Bob, Connor, and I are also on the jobsite working shoulder to shoulder with these craftsmen. Because of this operating model, we have quality control and commitment that are rare.

We have also been active in the Sun Valley remodel market and can provide local references.

Clients may choose between cost plus contracts and guaranteed fixed price contracts.

We have recently added complete interior design services, shopping showrooms across the United States. We also custom design and fabricate furnishings, rugs and lighting.
