Patricia Lentz Felton (Patti), SRA, CRA, is long-time resident of the Wood River Valley and her involvement in the local real estate market began in the 1980s working with an established residential and commercial real estate developer, which is also when she received her real estate license. She has been appraising in the valley since the early 1990s and specializes in resort valuations, especially high-end properties, new construction and proposed developments, and condominiums/townhomes for mortgage financing, estate planning, estate tax settlement, and consulting for potential listings and sales. Clients include banks, institutional lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents and brokers, individual owners, attorneys, CPAs, and prospective buyers and sellers.
