Jon loves building relationships, listening, and helping his clients achieve their goals. An acute knowledge of long-term rental investments, HOA's and their respective management, primary residences, and vacant land throughout Blaine County, ID; Jon serves to provide valuable knowledge to make sound decisicions with your real estate investments.  

Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Jon has been living and breathing real estate since birth. With his father having owned and operated his own Brokerage in western Washington along with several multi-family and commercial properties, Jon experienced what it meant to own, operate and manage real estate before even leaving home- helping his father inspect buildings and grounds, clean bathrooms, refill vending machines, troubleshoot building maintenance issues throughout King and Pierce County, WA.  

After graduating from the School of Business/Hospitality Administration at Washington State University in 2002, Jon moved to Sun Valley, ID for the winter, stayed for the summer, and never left town.  Jon began his career in Sun Valley by working for Les Saisons, the flagship fractional property in downtown Ketchum, ID.  Jon was able to use his hospitality and business experience to create great experiences for its 98+ owners/guests and help those who were interested in the product, purchase and those owners who wanted to move-on, sell their fractional interest.  After nearly 10 years, Jon made a change to help grow and learn more about management and real estate brokerage on a broader scale with Allstar Property Services, Inc., based in Hailey, ID.  

Jon was with Allstar from March 2014 to December 2019.  Jon oversaw the management of over 400 doors varying from single-family long term rentals, condo HOA's and commercial/condo HOA's. With Jon's brokerage experience, he spearheaded the real estate brokerage side of Allstar helping investors purchase, manage, lease and when the time comes, market and sell their investment properties.  

Jon has now founded Sawtooth Property Services, LLC, and is able to faciliate the purchase/sale of your real estate investment and assist with management/leasing of your real estate investment.  Jon also serves as a Director on the Sun Valley Board of Realtors providing his clients with important local Government Affair current information affecting real estate throughout Blaine County.  

When Jon is not 'working', you can find him raising his family, coaching soccer for the Sun Valley Soccer Club, and chasing his two kids around the mountains encouraging their dreams.
